I'm definitely not a person that leaves reviews but when you receive superb service and are greeted daily with warm smiles as well as positive greetings it's hard not to. Thes staff here are amazing well, the manager and the maintenence young woman Claudia specifically. Claudia is always up moving, cleaning, smiling and going out of her way to provide a positive experience everytime I see her. I guess of course she's at work but she is never not doing something, she is always cleaning, always busy, and trust I can only imagine being that this place is a pet friendly community. I told her we need some guys in here to clean up, because she is always working so hard, but we all know they aren't the best choice for cleaning, (no pun intended, just my opinion). Claudia really does an amazing job and it seems she loves her job because she is always smiling and extremely helpful when needed. The manager is awesome as well, she is very understanding, does her best to accomodate when she can and is very knowledgeable. I can't say enough great things about these two young women, it is truly a pleasure being under their care. Elevate has some great staff on their team, even the owner was kind when I was able to meet her briefly. Overall it is a great place to live, with dogs being in the area they stay on top of cleaning, and the door is open all the time should you need any assistance. Great place to live, you won't regret it.

Apartments are never perfect, we all know this. However, I wouldn’t trade the management team at Elevate for anyone else. Any concerns or questions I have, Macy and Tyler take care of it. They are always patient and kind, understanding of life’s obstacles and work with you to give you the best living experience. I don’t know how else to say it other than: they care about their job, they care about their tenants and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. The building itself is older than some of the newer buildings around, but it doesn’t lack in space or style. The amenities are great for the price point and anything that is in control of the management team is handled swiftly. The appliances in my unit are stainless steel and brand new. The central AC keeps my warm body happy and the utility bills never scare me. The location in downtown is perfect proximity to the local eateries and ocean Blvd is a quick three minute walk away.

This apartment complex is okay... the water is always off, the water heater was hit or miss for months during cool months and their parking garage sucks for various reasons but its clean and the maintance employees are really nice

I have called Elevate home since it was Sofia.The neighbors in the buildings are friendly and kind. The management team are very helpful to any means I had. I love coming home and seeing Mike the security guard in front. Not only does he makes me feel safe but he makes me feel welcome when I come through the front door. Mike always has a smile and he feels like a part of my family. I am so glad that I chose elevate to call home.

I’ve been living at Elevate Long Beach for 2 years, and I’ve have a great experience. The management team has been excellent! Joey has been very receptive to any needs or concerns that I have. Although those concerns have been minimal, and more so related to renting the amazing rec room, or obtaining an extra parking spot, etc. Overall, I am very pleased as I have signed another year lease. Big shout out to Joey, and Marcel as well!! Excellent team✨✨

My family and I have lived at the SofI apartments for a year now and have interacted with every team member in staff and appreciate each one of them for their tremendous service. Yet, we'd like to single out the SECURITY team headed by "Ezzat" for his diligence, surveillance, and most importantly, his kindness. We feel secure in the building because we can trust the person who watches over us during the night. In order for something to be secure, you must place absolute trust in the security measure. His competence is absolute and his attention to detail is unparalleled - thank you for exemplifying professionalism and loyalty within your responsibilities.

Joey, one of the Leasing Consultants, is an expert in customer service. He responded in a timely manner and recognized every question a potential renter might have. His warm smile and personality when I took the tour in early February made me choose Sofi at 3rd. The way he interacted with the residents throughout the tour made me stop looking for other places. Joey was very knowledgable and very helpful. He answered all of my questions via email after the tour in a timely manner. I felt comfortable throughout the entire application process because of his expertise and updates. Once I got approved, Joey helped me step by step on everything I needed for move-in day. Kaye, another Leasing Consultant, helped me during my move-in day. Kaye processed all of my documents in a timely manner and conducted the walk through thoroughly. Kaye is also an expert in customer service and set the bar high when it came to crossing off the steps needed to move-in. I was impressed. The entire move-in process that I expected to be stressful was smooth and enjoyable because of the Leasing Consultants Joey and Kaye. After living here for almost a month, I know I can trust Joey and Kaye with anything I may need. Thank you Joey and Kaye for all your hard work! I am so glad to call Sofi at 3rd my home!

Had some hiccups renting a two bedroom here, but Claudia and her management team went above and beyond to get this resolved! Manager Maria was doing her best to assist us and get us situated. She offered us a one bedroom to stay for a few weeks while they were dealing with some challenges with previous tenants at two bedroom unit. Jason is an awesome manager! He was always professional and finished all the paperwork in no time! If you were to tour the building - ask for Jason, his tour is amazing! A few advices: make sure the unit that you are trying to move in is available for the same day move in. We tried pre-leasing, but sometimes things happen and apartment is no longer available. Please read the fine print and understand that if you are pre-leasing it does not mean that you got it! I know, I had to experience it myself and kind of went all in on that, my mistake. Sofi is an awesome building and fairly priced. I wouldn’t say it is expensive, as buildings around Sofi run about $100-$150 more. I absolutely love the sun deck and the community room! Buildings near by are no match, trust me! Oh, yes, they also have Peloton bikes!!!! And Sauna! And complimentary Yoga classes on Tuesdays! Sofi is definitely the place that you can call home, the only problem here is that the demand is too high, studios and one bedrooms are normally available, but unless you are lucky, two bedrooms have a few months wait.

My wife and I enjoyed the year we stayed at Sofi @ 3rd! The apartment was very modern an updated. The staff was nothing short of professional. Jason the assistant manager consistently went above and beyond to make sure every request was handled promptly. Sabrina the assistant also was nice, caring and very helpful. Lastly, the maintenance team was great and had an extremely fast response time which we really appreciated. My wife and I had to move so I can be closer to work but we’ll definitely miss the staff and neighbors at this awesome apartment!
